Loans in foreign currency (except for the currencies of the EAEU member states) can be issued only in cases when the share of the borrower's income in foreign currency in the total volume of his total income is 50 percent or more. Meanwhile, the interest rate on such loans will be determined as follows:

1. The share of income in foreign currency in the total volume of its total income from 50% to 75% - interest rates according to the Terms of the Bank's lending plus 3% per annum;

2. The share of income in foreign currency in the total volume of its total income is more than 75% - interest rates according to the Terms of the Bank's lending.
