Qualification requirements:
Education: Higher education
Work experience: Experience with documents in the financial and banking sphere at least three
Duties:
- Organization and management of General Department;
- Accounting and preservation of all documents of the Department;
- Development of internal regulatory documents of the Bank and working documents related of the General Department;
- Organization and implementation of office procedures, methodical and practical support to units, branches, and saving banks;
- Record keeping, systematization, and archiving of all documents and materials of management Board.
- Organization and maintenance of management Boad’s meeting;
- Coordination of activities and execution of Board’s instructions.
