Qualification requirements:

Education: Higher education

Work experience: Experience with documents in the financial and banking sphere at least three

Duties:

  1. Organization and management of General Department;
  2. Accounting and preservation of all documents of the Department;
  3. Development of internal regulatory documents of the Bank and working documents related of the General Department;
  4. Organization and implementation of office procedures, methodical and practical support to units, branches, and saving banks;
  5.  Record keeping, systematization, and archiving of all documents and materials of management Board.
  6. Organization and maintenance of management Boad’s meeting;
  7. Coordination of activities and execution of Board’s instructions.

Personal quality:

  1. Focus on working with people and documents;
  2. Responsibility and management skills
  3. Stress resistance and effective productivity
