Qualification requirements:

Education: Economical degree

 Work Experience: more 1 year 

Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulatory and guidance documents regulating banking activities 


  1. Formation and recording of all employee’s file and labour book in the Banks;
  2. Formation of contracts, agreements, and other documentation with employee;
  3. Preparation of orders on personnel and internal activities;
  4. Organization and monitoring of all timesheets in the Bank;
  5. Formation and recording of database about staff’s composition and their movement;
  6. Development of internal documentation in terms of HR;
  7. Recording of the Bank’s staff composition and units in the 1C program;
  8. Preparation of all documents for pension and social fund;
  9. Preparation and controlling of vacation schedules, and registration of vacation, according to the approved schedule.
  10.  Maintenance of the military accounting table;
  11. Monitoring of labor discipline and compliance with internal labor regulations.
