Requirements:
- Higher or vocational education
- Experience in a similar position for 2-3 years
- Experience in a similar position for 2-3 years;
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and guidance documents regulating the operation of banks;
- Knowledge of banking legislation requirements;
- Knowledge of the basics of SWIFT, Bank-client, telex systems, the Gross real-time settlement system(GSSRV), the system of batch clearing of small retail and regular payments (SEC);
- Knowledge of the accounting plan of commercial banks and international financial reporting standards;
- English language skills;
- Knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Analytical thinking
Duties:
- Monitoring Bank ratings, opening correspondent accounts, updating legal documents, and analyzing Banks ' financial position;
- Analysis, assessment, monitoring of risks during payment operations and implementation of measures to minimize risks;
- Correspondence with correspondent banks; confirmation of year-end balances for correspondent Banks;
- Preparation of the gene. agreements with commercial banks to conduct Treasury operations;
- Timely preparation of contracts and agreements on transactions concluded with commercial banks on Treasury operations in accordance with GNI;
- Formation and timely dispatch of the PRBO 9-section (information about correspondent banks); monitoring the status of nostro accounts of correspondent banks;
- Compliance with the requirements of the internal control Rules for the purposes of PFT/ML, the "Know your customer" Policy, and the organization of internal control For the purposes of PFT/ML and Instructions for filling in transactions for transactions over 1 million soms and suspicious transactions in accordance with the requirements Of the law of the Kyrgyz REPUBLIC "on AML / CFT»;
- Performing the functions of a duplicate "authorizer" for SWIFT, Bank-client, telex systems, performing the functions of the operator of the SSRRV, SEC on the basis of an order and in accordance with the GNI;
- Send an electronic payment documents of SPK and GSRV branches and in accordance with the GNI;
- Analysis of ongoing operations and preparation of proposals to improve their efficiency, security and control over their conduct;
- Use of a risk-based approach in the course of work, aimed at identifying possible risks and taking measures to prevent / minimize them.
