Maintenance of personnel records management for at least 1 year
Required knowledge / skills:
Knowledge of office work, labor legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic
Knowledge of languages:
Russian, Kyrgyz and English languages
Duties:
-Organization and logging of incoming and outgoing documentation
-Development of work on personnel matters (filling out work books, vacation cards, keeping records and keeping labor books and personal files, documentation in form T2)
- Reception of visitors, phone calls, e-mails
-Creating letters, inquiries, answers on behalf of management, sending the above documents by mail
-Creating and registering orders for personnel and internal activities
-Designing the manager's working schedule
-Working with office and household goods, products for the reception of the Branch
-Consumption and issuance of letterheads, advance reports
-Creating a time sheet and working leave schedule
-Application of work on preparation of meetings and meetings (notification of participants about time and place, agenda)
-Control of execution of decisions of the management of the Branch
-Control of execution of external documentation
