Loan "VIP-7000"

Use the "VIP-7000" loan from "Bank of Asia" to develop your business.

The loan is intended for individuals and legal entities and is issued for any purpose, including for:

• Replenishment of working capital
• Investment and Consumer Purposes

3 500 001 – 7 000 000

Loan term

For replenishment of working capital from 3 months to 36 months.

For investment purposes from 3 months to 60 months.

Rate

Pledge 

Real estate and, if necessary, movable property, goods in circulation, fixed assets.

Mandatory guarantee:-

- owners of a legal entity, if the loan is issued to a legal entity, and in reverse order;

- surety of co-owners/business partners, if any.

Additional conditions 

Loans in foreign currency (except for the currencies of the EAEU member states) can be issued only in cases when the share of the borrower's income in foreign currency in the total volume of his total income is 50 percent or more.

At the same time, the interest rate on such loans will be determined as follows:

1. The share of income in foreign currency in the total volume of its total income from 50% to 75% - interest rates according to the Terms of the Bank's lending, plus 3% per annum;

2. The share of income in foreign currency in the total volume of its total income is more than 75% - interest rates according to the Terms of the Bank's lending.
