On September 10, 2026, CJSC “Bank Asia” held a management ESG session titled “Management in a New Paradigm: ESG for the Modern Executive,” bringing together members of the Board of Directors and the Management Board, as well as heads of structural divisions.
The session addressed key issues related to sustainable development and ESG:
🔹 integration of ESG principles into the Bank’s strategy and processes;
🔹 ESG risks and their interconnection with traditional banking risks;
🔹 the role of the Board of Directors, Management Board, and heads of structural divisions in implementing the ESG agenda;
🔹 current requirements and recommendations of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the area of sustainable development;
🔹 the quality of ESG data and disclosure of non-financial information;
🔹 practical cases and international experience in applying ESG tools.
The participation of senior executives helped establish a common understanding of ESG approaches and their practical application, taking into account the objectives and responsibilities of different structural divisions.
