Citizen of the Republic of Korea, he is one of the shareholders of “Bank of Asia” CJSC.
In 1992, he graduated from Korea University, Faculty of Business Administration, majoring in Business Administration.
He has extensive experience in finance, banking, strategic business planning, and investments.
His professional activity is related to the management and development of financial organizations and corporations.
Since March 1998, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of “Bank of Asia” CJSC. In 2026, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Niyzov Ermek Turgunbekovich

In 1998, he graduated from the American University in Kyrgyzstan with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In 2003, he completed his studies at the Kyrgyz National University, where he was awarded a Master’s degree in “Accounting, Audit and Financial Analysis”.
He started his career in 1997 as CEO of “Amalker” LLC. From 1998 to 2006, he headed “Ermex Group” LLC. In 2009-2010, he worked as a Head of Sales for “Sky Mobile” LLC. From 2010 to the present, he has been an IT expert at the “Soros–Kyrgyzstan” Foundation.
Since 2011, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of “Bank of Asia” CJSC, supervising the issues of strategic development and digitalization.
Aldaiarov Nurlan Nurkulovich

Aldaiarov Nurlan graduated from the Kyrgyz State National University in 1998, majoring in “Finance and Credit”.
He started his career at AB “KyrgyzEnergoBank”, then since 2005 he worked at “Bank of Asia” CJSC as a member of the Board of Directors, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Chairman of the Management Board (2015-2017).
In 2017-2019, he was a member of the Board of “KICB” CJSC. Since 2020, he has been a managing partner of Ecosteamobile LLC (USA), as well as a business partner of Infrasoft Technologies FZ LLC (India).
In 2025, he was elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors of “Bank of Asia” CJSC.
Kurenkeev Aibek Suerbekovich

Kurenkeev Aibek graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with a degree in “Financial Management”.
He holds international certificates: Certified Accounting Practitioner (CAP) and a certificate in the field of electronic commerce from ITC (UN).
President of the Association of Electronic Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic. In 2023-2024, he was the CEO of “Alfa Telecom” CJSC (MEGA).
Founder of the companies “I DO MARKETING”, “Reklama Online”, “ISR Consult”, “Digital Academy”, as well as co-founder of the platform “Ustat.kg”.
In 2025, he was elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors of “Bank of Asia” CJSC.
Alybaeva Saltanat Kurulushbekovna

Chairwoman of the Audit Committee
Alybaeva Saltanat Kurulushbekovna holds a PhD in Economics and is an expert in banking supervision, audit, and corporate governance. She graduated from Kyrgyz State University and completed postgraduate studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University, majoring in Accounting and Business Analysis.
From 1992 to 2022, she held key management positions at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, including Head of Department and Member of the Management Board.
She was a member of the Boards of Directors of the Deposit Protection Agency and the Agency for Bank Reorganization and Liquidation.
She has many years of teaching experience at leading universities in the country and strong professional expertise in IFRS, auditing, risk management, Islamic finance, and corporate governance.
Since 2025, she has been an independent member of the Board of Directors of “Bank of Asia” CJSC. She chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
