Dear ladies and gentlemen!

We would like to bring your attention to the invitation for participation in the tender regarding the purchase of server equipment.

General Information

CJSC "Bank of Asia" invites your company to take part in a tender for the purchase of server equipment.

Specification of the components is given in Appendix 1.

Tender terms and interaction procedure

The tender will include two stages.

Stage 1 - involves the mailing of this invitation, the acquisition of written confirmation of the intention to participate in the tender, the initial analysis of the proposal by supplier companies and the collection of written comments on the bid, price information and estimated timing of the work and their analysis by the bank and project consultants.

Stage 2 - the analysis of the information obtained in the previous stage will select the companies that offered the best solutions, with which the agreement on the supply of components will be concluded.

Deadlines

The bidders shall confirm in written form their intention to participate in the tender within five working days by fax +996(312)550182 or by email. Proposals from the bidders are accepted in a sealed envelope at the address: 720016, Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Chyngyz Aitmatov Ave, 303 (FEZ "Bishkek"). Participants must provide a certificate of the tax authority on the absence of arrears in taxes and the certificate of the social fund on the absence of arrears on insurance payments. It is obligatory to use the official channel of vendor supply in the Kyrgyz Republic and provide a document in the envelope confirming it (for example, MAF (MANUFACTURER'S AUTHORIZATION FORM))

The deadline for acceptance of proposals from bidders until 16:00, 12.06.2023.

This Invitation to Tender, the attached description of functional and technical requirements for equipment and components to be purchased, as well as other materials are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed in any form to third parties who are not directly related to the preparation of your commercial proposal.

In addition, it is prohibited to inform any third parties in any way about the Bank's intentions regarding the selection of equipment and components, as well as distribute any information provided by the Bank related to this project. The information provided shall also be strictly confidential in its preparation and transmission to the Bank, but the Bank reserves the right to use the information provided and to distribute it to independent consultants or others as it sees fit, without notifying you of these facts.

Appendix 1

Equipment Specification

Lot #1 - three DELL PowerEdge R650 servers, two SFP expansion kits for DELL EMC Connectrix DS-6610B, ten optical patch cords.

SFP expansion kit specification for DELL EMC Connectrix DS-6610B

 The kit must include mounts for installation in a standard 19'' rack, as well as all necessary connecting cables.

All products must be new, not rebuilt, not previously used.

The bids of the bidders must necessarily specify, the term of delivery, the term of the warranty provided for each lot.

In case of an agreement with the Supplier, the Supplier is obliged to provide the Purchaser with an electronic invoice.
