JSC “Bank Asia” hereby informs you about important restrictions and available services during the May holidays:

Branch operations:
— Loan repayments — available at operating branches.
— Fast transfers — without restrictions.
— International transfers (SWIFT, Gross, Clearing) — not available until May 11.
— Cash withdrawal and deposits — operating in standard mode.
— Deposits (opening/closing) — available.
— Currency exchange — available, but without individual exchange rates.

International transfers (SWIFT, Gross, Clearing) — will not be available until May 11.

Loan repayments:
— Payments made via the mobile application and terminals will be accepted, however actual loan repayment will be reflected on May 11.
— All repayment dates from May 1 to May 10 will be automatically moved to May 11.
— Important: if payment is not made on May 11, overdue status will be applied, and interest and penalties will be charged from the original due date according to the schedule.
— Loan repayment is available via:
• Asia Online mobile application,
• Internet banking,
• ONOI terminals,
• QuickPay,
• UniPay,
• electronic wallets and partner applications: Elcart Mobile, O!Dengi, MegaPay, Bakai24, Companion, KICB, Optima 24,
• MBank application (if a QR code is available under the loan agreement)

Online lending:
— If the application cannot be processed within the required timeframe, it will be automatically declined.

Mobile banking:
— Online loan applications will be available.
