Qualification requirements:
Education: economics degree
Work experience: In the HR direction at least 3 years: In the financial sector for 1 year
Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulatory and guidance documents regulating banking activities
Duties:
Search and selection:
- Recruitment, search, selection and hiring of staff, according to the principles and head’s requirements;
- HR branding;
- Participation in projects on expansion and reconstruction of the Bank in terms of staffing;
- The study of the labor market, establish communication with universities and employment; services, inform staff and mass media about available vacancies;
- Provision of industrial practice of University students;
- Organization of training for young staff and their development;
Adaptation:
- Organization of the new employee’s adaptation period to achieve effective work in short term;
- Organization of mastering the corporate culture’s basics norms and conduct rules;
- Coordination, summing, assessment of the adaptation period with heads and supervisor;
Training and development:
- Development of programs to improving of professional skills, according to the Bank’s goals, strategy and personnel policy;
- Staff development for employees, heads of units, and management based on the needs of the Bank;
- Formation of the library;
- Preparation and submission of all reports established by internal documentation and deadline;
- Preparation of materials for awarding ceremony;
- Organization of corporate and social events;
