Credit eskpert SME lending

Level of education: higher/vocational.

Work experience: at least 1.5 years in the banking system.

Additional qualification requirements:

- Knowledge of banking legislation;

- Knowledge of the basics of banking operations;

- Knowledge of Bank lending techniques.

- Proficiency in EBRD lending technology

- Sociability

- Ability to work in a team

Language

skills: knowledge of Russian is mandatory, Kyrgyz language (preferably)

Responsibilities:

 Development of SME lending;
 Development of new credit products;
 Employee training;
 Managing and coordinating the work of branch employees;
 Attraction of SME clients;
 Monitoring the implementation of the lending budget;
 Monitoring the quality of the loan portfolio.
