Senior Loan Officer Microcredit (Kant)

Education level: higher / vocational.
Work experience: at least 1.5 years in the banking system.
Additional qualification requirements:
- Knowledge of banking legislation;

- Knowledge of the basics of banking operations;

- Knowledge of bank lending techniques.

- Possession of EBRD lending technology

- Sociability

-         Teamwork skills

 Knowledge of languages:

Knowledge of the Russian language is required, the Kyrgyz language (optional)

Responsibilities:

Development of lending to SMEs;
Development of new loan products;
Staff training;
Management and coordination of the work of the employees of the branches;
Attracting SME clients;
Control over the execution of the lending budget;
Control over the quality of the loan portfolio.
