In cases where the term deposit amount is returned to the client at their request before the expiration of the contract, the deposit amount and capitalized interest income are issued within 3 banking days from the date of the DEPOSITOR's request, and the interest income is recalculated and paid according to the following scheme:

• If more than 24 months have passed on the day of withdrawal of the deposit (the period of funds in the account was 24 months or more), the entire amount is paid, i.e. the capitalized amount on the day of withdrawal of the deposit.
•  if more than 6 months have passed on the day of withdrawal of the deposit months (the period of funds remaining in the account 6 months or more) are paid in the amount of in the amount of 50% of the original difference the principal amount and the amount at the end of the period.
• if less than 6 days have passed on the day of withdrawal of the deposit months (the period of funds in the account was less than 6 months) - interest income on it does not exceed paid out. In this case, the Depositor is refunded the initial principal amount without any deductions.
