Important information!

Bank of Asia informs that from 05 April it stops cooperation with the Mir payment system on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. This decision is related to the introduction of sanctions by the U.S. Department of Treasury against NSPK JSC, the operator of the Mir payment system in the Russian Federation.

In this regard, the following restrictions have been established:

Service of cards of the Mir payment system in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic has been discontinued;

Service of ELKART NFC cards in the network of Mir payment system is suspended for cards used in the territory of the Russian Federation or CIS countries in the Mir network;

Transfers to ELKART cards from Mir payment system cards and from ELKART cards to Mir cards are also suspended.

Please take this information into account when planning trips to CIS countries with ELCART cards and in case you received transfers to such cards earlier.
