Tender for the supply of electric vehicles
We invite you to participate in the tender for the supply of electric vehicles. If you are interested in participating in the tender, we invite you to submit proposals that will be considered by the Bank in accordance with their qualification, technical and financial criteria. If your company is given preference, your offer will be accepted as the basis for drawing up an agreement (contract).
Your proposal must demonstrate mandatory compliance with the requirements set out in this invitation and the specification (see Appendix No. 1). The required information must be complete and reliable. It is also necessary to specify the delivery time and the availability of service.

A copy of the company's charter;Copies of financial statements for the last three yearsAbsence of arrears on taxes, payments to the Social Fund and other mandatory payments (answer and attach supporting documents).CJSC Bank of Asia also requests:
Attach a short summary of your company, indicating the experience in the market of the Kyrgyz Republic.Your proposal should be prepared on paper (in Russian), and sent to the address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, ch. Aitmatov Ave., 303. The Participant submits all the information in a white sealed envelope marked "Tender documents" and the name of the Participant's company.
The deadline for submission of tender proposals is 17:30 on December 23, 2022.
The opening of tender documents is scheduled for 09:00 on January 26, 2022. At the head office of Bank of Asia CJSC, at the address: 303 Ch. Aitmatov Ave., Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
