John Shaul visited CJSC "Bank of Asia"

Transformation of our Bank began in 2017 - personnel training, expansion and improvement of services, development of offices throughout the country, and as a result, the development of service in relation to customers.

John Tschohl visited our office where we passed his personal test drive: a call to the call center where he was served in English, checking latrines and meeting rooms for convenience to customers and much more.

We would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Shaul for visiting us and suggesting that we can improve and develop. Also we want to remind you that within the framework of the Extended Board Program on March 2 we visited the "Client for Life" training, where we got the necessary skills to improve our service, which we immediately introduced into our system.

This year we are 20 years old, and we want to achieve high results by the end of 2018, first of all, in the field of first-class service, and communication with such gurus as John Tschoh definitely inspired us in this direction.
