"Bank of Asia" increased the size of the authorized capital up to 620 million soms

The corresponding decision was made on March 19, 2018 at the annual General Meeting of Shareholders in order to strengthen the bank's financial stability. Due to this, on May 30, 2018, the State Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic registered the results of the twelfth share issue of CJSC "Bank of Asia".

Today, when all necessary registration procedures have been completed, the size of the bank's authorized capital has been increased from 517,000,000 to 620,000,000 soms. The increase in capital is the key to the confidence of customers in the stability and reliability of the bank and confirms the willingness of shareholders to further support its growth and development.
