Employees of the bank conducted trainings on financial literacy for women entrepreneurs, who live in new buildings
Cooperation with small and medium-sized businesses is the basis for successful development of the "Bank of Asia". This is a key area of its activity. If there are understanding and application of effective financial instruments in practice, there will be growth in business and its orderly development. Knowing this universal truth, "Bank of Asia" has been working with MSBs for 20 years, helping, teaching, providing various banking services and consultations.
In June, with on invitation of the NGO "Association of Social Entrepreneurs of Central Asia", our management visited a forum dedicated to social entrepreneurship. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank gave lectures on leadership and held a motivational session for women entrepreneurs, participants of the forum. During the presentation, we promised to invite them to a modern branch "Kievskaya" to show in real how the bank works, conduct a series of trainings that will help start-up entrepreneurs in creating and expanding their businesses.
On July 4 this meeting was held. Guests were able to see the operational processes of the bank, get acquainted with key employees, get the necessary knowledge from the heads of marketing, credit and card departments, discuss the running or starting business, get first-hand assessment of their business plans.
After relevant trainings, loan specialists conducted an analysis of each business and advised entrepreneurs on credit issues. During the training on marketing, the guests were held by consultations on branding and gaven specific marketing tools for effective promotion of existing businesses. The Head of the Card Management told how to use properly the payment services of the bank and how the cards can help in the development of their businesses.
