School service and cashier in the "Bank of Asia"

On September 17, our HR department together with the core departments of the bank launched the next School of service providers and cashiers.

The main goal was to select from among the applicants for training the most goal-oriented and eligible candidates for positions of cashiers and operational department specialists. It is no secret that, in addition to the knowledge gained at the university, practical experience is required, and how many graduates do not know how to get it. In this regard, we decided that to get this knowledge is real only from the first hands, namely, from specialists with many years of experience in the banking industry.

Within 5 working days, our colleagues and a group of students went through a theoretical basis, examined cases, took part in workshops, and also learned how to interact with customers in practice, future cashiers learned to work with cash.

We are very pleased that our School made it possible in 5 days to get the necessary knowledge to adapt to the workplace and find a job in our bank.
