Insurance premiums will be administered by the State Tax Service

We inform you that according to the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated December 31, 2018 No. 648 "On measures to transfer the functions of administering insurance contributions for state social insurance", from January 15, 2019, the functions of administering insurance premiums of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic is carried out by State Tax Service of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Starting from January 15, in order to receive insurance policies and receipts for the payment of insurance premiums, heads and members of peasant (farmer) farms without a legal entity need to contact the territorial tax authorities, service centers and patent points.

Payroll statements for state social insurance for reporting periods before January 1, 2019 must be submitted to the district administrations of the Social Fund at the place of registration, as the results for 2018 will be summarized by the Social Fund.

The report for January 2019 and subsequent reports must be submitted to the territorial tax authorities, starting in February of this year.
