On February 12, 2019, an agreement was signed between our bank and the State Enterprise "Info-System" under the State Committee on Information Technologies and Communication of the Kyrgyz Republic to receive payments in favor of the state budget.
Now you can pay for government payments in cash through the payment (Cash-In) terminals of our bank, as well as pay in a cashless way using your "Elcart" card through the "Elkart Mobile" mobile app.
