"Bank of Asia" accepts the card "Mir"

We hurry to inform you the good news. Now, ATMs of our bank can be serviced by cardholders of the Russian payment system Mir. You can get cash using the Mir card at the branches of our bank in Bishkek.

Mir cardholders can:

According to Maksim Lazyrin, commercial director of the NSPK (National payment card system - operator of the Mir payment system): "Economic cooperation is actively developing between our countries, and the project on the integration of national payment systems Mir and Elkart will be another important stage in the interaction of Russia and Kyrgyzstan in the financial sphere. Every year, citizens of the Russian Federation make more than 200 thousand trips to Kyrgyzstan. We are confident that the beginning of the reception of the Mir cards on the territory of the republic will make it easier for their holders to carry out all the usual operations on tourist and business trips".

The Russian national payment system Mir was founded at the end of 2015. Its participants are 311 Russian banks, almost all of them are already accepting and servicing the Mir cards in the network of their devices. More than 160 banks are engaged in the issuance of Mir cards. 58 million cards have already been issued. The national payment card system JSC acts as the operator of the Mir payment system. The tasks of NSPK include ensuring uninterrupted operations with the cards of international payment systems in Russia, building and developing the Russian system of payment cards.
