Employees of the JSC «Bank of Asia» took part in the Istanbul marathon 2019

In connection with the beginning of the marathon season and the program for the rehabilitation, and support of sports in JSC "Bank of Asia", our staff had the opportunity to take part in the World Istanbul marathon. The Bank initiated an internal campaign for staff to improve their health and motivate them to new achievements. Anyone could get a chance to participate in this marathon and run the 15-kilometer route. The participants had to score 92 km of the total distance in other races, which were held from March to October in our country and in Almaty. The group of participants prepared for two times a week with a professional trainer from I Love Running. It was no easy, but productive eight months. During this time participants, who work hard received a decent reward. 

Finally, thanks for bank the he first 5 employees who fulfilled the condition flew to Turkey to participate in Istanbul marathon with 24 thousand runners from around the world. They ran a distance of 15 kilometers and received medals. The Bank provided them with all the expenses.

CJSC “Bank of Asia” is interested in development of a healthy lifestyle and care of the employee’s health. The bank motivated them to participate in sports events. Running is a good trend for population and bank cannot stay away.
