Happy Constitution Day!

Dear compatriots,

This day has an important and special meaning for history of Kyrgystan. The first Constitution of an independent country was adopted 27 years ago. It was a main step to create a legitimate basis for country, which based on universal democratic values. The main document of Kyrgyz Republic guarantees the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens and contributes to the consolidation of peace and harmony in society.
