Appeal of the shareholder of Bank of Asia CJSC

Dear colleague and partners,

     I am writing to you in these difficult times of financial, social and other challenges for the entire Kyrgyzstan, caused by the events of the past month. I monitor the situation in Kyrgyzstan and around the world on a daily basis. The present situation cannot help but be troubling for everyone. Negative forecasts, disturbing news, and negative developments have affected all organizations in the country.

     Financial institutions, taking on many functions to manage the financial assets of citizens and companies, act as conductors and an important component of the ecosystem of any modern society. In times of crises caused by various circumstances, the key value of commercial banks lies in providing uninterrupted and highly professional services to their clients, withstanding the challenges of the financial market. This way we confirm the reliability of our services and the ability to maintain a bank’s operations in the times of any cataclysm. The team of Bank of Asia under the leadership of the best experts has gracefully overcome many crises that have affected Kyrgyzstan and managed to maintain its values to customers, guaranteeing the safety of customers’ capital and continuity of our services in any emergency.

    I am confident that the events of today will be no exception for all of us to continue working diligently and promptly responding to the requests of citizens and companies applying to us for services. As the main shareholder of the Bank, I am determined to help citizens and companies of the country to overcome emerging challenges in the safest way. At this particular time, the citizens and companies of Kyrgyzstan need a safe, time efficient and highly professional financial partner. Our Bank and our team must contribute to the stability and sustainability of the financial market through their professionalism, commitment to high values in servicing clients' financial operations and risk management

    I would like to note my intention to invest in the equity of Bank of Asia to strengthen the bank's capabilities and reduce the probable risks and losses of the Bank. Through our actions, we must demonstrate to our clients and partners the safety and reliability of our services, thus contributing to the stabilization of the country's economy. Making such decision of mine, I want to support the team of the Bank, our partners and customers in these difficult times for all.
