Bank of Asia CJSC took part in a panel session on the development of women's entrepreneurship.

CJSC Bank of Asia took part in a panel session held by the Coalition for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship "Demilgeluy Ayymdar", in which issues of the women's business community and financial and credit institutions to expand access to financial resources for women entrepreneurs in Kyrgyzstan were discussed.The participants presented the products and approaches of financial and credit institutions to support women's entrepreneurship, and also got acquainted with the activities of the Coalition, including certain priorities of the women's business community in matters of access to financial resources.

During session the Bank presented gender bondы issue project. This project will allow you to get preferential loans and act as responsible investors by purchasing gender bonds on the site of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. In addition, the issue of gender bonds will allow the development of the ESG bond market in the Kyrgyz Republic, while becoming the first Bank to issue ESG bonds and thereby increasing the investment attractiveness of the country. In addition, the Bank introduced participants to preferential credit products and signed agreements with two companies.

The panel session on access to financial resources for women entrepreneurs was held within the framework of the Women's Entrepreneurship EXPO-2022, which aims to attract investment for the development of women's entrepreneurship.

The program is unique in this region, as it applies an integrated approach to supporting women in business and increasing their ability to participate in economic activities. Within the framework of the program, the Coalition is developing a National Agenda for Women's Entrepreneurship in Kyrgyzstan. The Coalition studies and removes social, legislative and other barriers that hinder women's equal participation in economic life, promoting strategic recommendations for the Government and establishing a dialogue between the State and the private sector, as well as promoting the idea of the most important role of women entrepreneurs in the economy.
