Payments of income on social gender bonds

Bank of Asia Closed Joint Stock Company informs that from 18 August 2023 will make payments of income on social gender bonds of the first issue (State Registration Number KG 0201105119 of the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic). Payment of income on social gender bonds will be made in the period from 18 August 2023 to 30 August 2023.

 - The amount of income per one security is 12% per annum;

 - The date as of which the list of security holders entitled to receive income on the securities is determined: 14 August 2023;

 - Nominal value of the bond: 1,000 KG soms;

 Payment of interest income will be made by the Issuer (Bank of Asia CJSC) in cash and by wire transfer in the national currency of the Kyrgyz Republic at the following address: Bank of Asia CJSC, 303 Chyngyz Aitmatov ave., Bishkek 720016, Kyrgyz Republic, FEZ “Bishkek”, working hours: from 09.00 to 16.00 every day on which commercial banks settle payments in Bishkek (Kyrgyz Republic).
