Financial Supervision approved the issue of Bank of Asia gender bonds

We inform you about successful completion of our first issue of registered interest-bearing bonds. The report on the results of this issue has been officially registered with the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.

At present, 29,272 bonds with a face value of 1,000 KG soms each, totaling 29,272,000 KG soms, have been registered in the Unified State Register of Securities. State registration number: KG 0201105119 dated 09 November 2023 was also assigned.
