Your account numbers will change from 01 January due to the system update

Dear customers,

Starting from 01 January 2024, Bank of Asia will switch to a new banking platform, which will entail a change of customer account numbers.

New account numbers will be assigned and available only from the first working day of the new year, so do not worry before the time.

All external incoming payments will be made on the old accounts until 01 March 2024.

All outgoing payments from the new year will be made from the new accounts, so you need to visit our nearest office to sign an additional agreement with the Bank.

Together with the introduction of the new system we are pleased to present you the updated versions of Mobile Banking “Asia Online” and the new Internet Bank.

All old users of Internet and mobile banking will be assigned a new password. You can get it by phone: 0999 911 040, or by contacting your manager. Additionally, in case of mobile banking you will need to download and install the new version on your phone. The old version of the mobile bank will not work from the new year.
