Temporary suspension of online payments

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you about temporary changes in the provision of our services. We will suspend accepting payments for the Bank's services, such as card replenishment, account replenishment and loan repayment in the applications: "Elkart Mobile", "MegaPay", as well as in payment terminals of partners from 27 December 2023 to 04 January 2024 inclusive.

In addition, ATMs, including cash withdrawal points (CWPs) installed in the Bank's branches, will be temporarily disabled from 26 December 2023 to 07 January 2024 inclusive.

During this period, you will be able to cash out funds in the devices of the Friendly Network according to the Bank of Asia tariffs.

For Elkart payment cards: KICB Bank, Dos-Credo Bank, Bakai Bank, Kapital Bank, FinanceCredit Bank.

For VISA payment cards: KICB Bank, Bakai Bank.

Commission for cashing in devices of third-party banks is 0.6% for Elkart payment cards and 1% for VISA payment cards.
